Privacy Policy

This page explains what I do with the information you give me when you apply for coaching. Short version: I use it to review your application and talk to you about coaching. I don't sell it and I don't share your answers with advertisers.

Who I am

I am the controller of your personal data. For any question about your data, email me at the address above.

What I collect

• Your name, Instagram handle and email address
• Your answers about your goal, where you get stuck and whether you're ready to start coaching
• Health information, only if you choose to tell me about health issues or injuries
• Where you came from (for example Instagram bio or an ad), if the link you used contains that information

Why I use it, and on what legal basis

• To review your application and contact you about coaching. This is a step you ask for before we possibly work together (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) and is based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a)).
• To plan your training safely. Health information is a special category of data, so I only process it with your explicit consent (Article 9(2)(a)), which you give with the checkbox on the form.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing me. This doesn't affect anything I did with your data before you withdrew it.

Who processes your data for me

• MailerLite (UAB "MailerLite", Lithuania, EU): stores your application and contact details.
• Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.): hosts this page and passes your application to MailerLite.
• Meta (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.): only if you accept cookies. Meta then learns that someone visited this page and sent an application, so I can measure my ads. Meta never receives your answers.

Some of these companies may process data outside the EU. Where that happens, the transfer is covered by the EU and US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Cookies

This page only uses advertising cookies if you click "Accept" in the cookie banner. If you click "Decline", no Meta cookies are set. Your choice is saved in your browser so you aren't asked again.

How long I keep your data

If we start working together, your data becomes part of your coaching file. If we don't, I delete your application no later than 12 months after our last contact, or sooner if you ask me to.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• see what data I have about you
• correct it
• have it deleted
• limit or object to how I use it
• get a copy of it in a common format
• withdraw your consent at any time

If you think I'm handling your data wrongly, you can complain to the Croatian data protection authority, Agencija za zaštitu osobnih podataka (azop.hr), or to the authority in the country where you live.
